Invoicing data and tax documentation: for the 10 calendar years following the year to which they relate, without prejudice to other legally applicable retention periods.

Customer account data and order history: while the account remains active. After 3 years without purchases or account access, the data will be deleted or anonymised, except where retention is required to meet legal obligations or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Enquiries and customer support communications: for up to 2 years after the request has been resolved. Where these relate to orders, warranties or disputes, the necessary data may be retained for the period applicable to those circumstances.
