Insect protein completely replaces conventional protein while adding functional benefits and superior palatability.
Cinnamon- Has anti-microbial properties. This helps, among other things, to keep the teeth healthy and ensures fresh breath. Moreover, cinnamon provides a nice smell and taste.
Potato starch- A good energy source and makes BUGBONE®️ easily digestible. An additional advantage is that potato starch counteracts dental plaque and tartar.
Buckwheat flour- A fruit seed that is considered a “superfood”. Buckwheat flour is a great gluten-free wheat substitute that is perfect for baking. Buckwheat flour made from the whole seed is packed with vitamins and minerals (micronutrients), including vitamin B6, copper, folic acid, manganese, magnesium, niacin, phosphorus, potassium, and zinc. Buckwheat flour is low in calories and contains a significant amount of soluble fiber for dogs with digestive problems.
Vegetable glycerine- Gives a delicious taste and ensures a good shelf life of the BUGBONE®.
Linseed- Linseed ( flaxseed) is rich in fiber and omega 3 and 6 fatty acids. Fiber is important for good digestion. Omega 3 and 6 fatty acids ensure the maintenance of healthy skin and coat.
Dried potato flakes- Potato flakes are easily digestible. That fits well with the rest of the BUGBONE® recipe so that dogs with food allergies or digestive problems usually digest the BUGBONE® well. In addition to starch, dried potato flakes also contain important proteins, fibers, vitamins, and minerals.
