Offer your cockatiel a fresh portion of Tropical Fruit Gourmet Pellets daily in a clean feeding bowl. Refer to the average quantities below and adjust the portion so that pellets remain available throughout the day.
Complement the diet with Lafeber Nutri-Berries, making up 20% of the total diet, and fresh fruit and vegetables, making up approximately 20% of the total diet. Always provide plenty of clean, fresh water.
To encourage foraging, hide a few pellets in safe places where your cockatiel likes to spend time. Make sure your bird finds them that same day.
