Add 1 teaspoon of the herbal mix to 200ml of water.
Let the tea steep for 3–5 minutes.
Cool the tea for 15 minutes until it reaches 30°C or lower.

Storage: Store in a cool, dark, and dry place. Prepared tea can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Keep out of reach of children.
