How to Prepare
Heat the water to 70 °C.
Add 1 teaspoon of the blend to 200 ml of water.
Leave to infuse for 3 to 5 minutes.
Allow to cool for approximately 15 minutes, checking that the temperature has reached 30 °C or below before serving.
Serve in a clean dish.
Storage
Store the dry blend in a cool, dark and dry place. Once prepared, the infusion can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Keep out of reach of children.
