Emeraid Herbivores is designed for herbivorous species including rabbits, guinea pigs, chinchillas, and herbivorous reptiles such as adult iguanas, bearded dragons, all types of land tortoises, some water turtles, and Uromastyx (spiny-tailed lizards). Feed as directed, based on the weight of the animal in the attached table. Weigh the animal every day at the same time before feeding. If the patient loses weight, the amount or number of feedings should be increased. When the mixture is prepared, the product should be passed through an 18 gauge stainless steel feeding needle and the red rubber 5-French catheter.

This product should only be used under veterinary supervision. Feed as a sole diet for at least 10 days unless otherwise instructed by your veterinarian. Emeraid Herbivores is a complete feed.

Instructions for use
Mixing instructions unless otherwise directed by your veterinarian.
1.  Mix one part of the preparation (2.95 Kcal/g DW) with two parts of warm water. Stir until the consistency is smooth to create a suspension of 1.32 Kcal/ml.
2.  Use a syringe for mixing. Administer as directed by your veterinarian.
3.  Make a fresh mixture for each feeding and use immediately.

Discard the remaining mixture after each use.

Emeraid has been scientifically designed for high digestibility. Avoid possible contamination. Do not contaminate the product with spoons used for other foods. Contamination of the product may cause the growth of harmful bacteria. Once opened, keep in the refrigerator and use within 9 months.
