Years of scientific research in cooperation with the Chair of Animal Nutrition at the University of Naples Federico II led Farmina Vet Research to develop a nutritional system that respects the nature of our four-legged family members: Natural & Delicious, the Nutritional System for carnivores.
-Natural & Delicious main feature is the Low Glycaemic Index, as it is made without cereals in the Prime, Pumpkin, and Quinoa sub-lines and made with a few ancestral cereals (spelt and oats) in the Ancestral Grain sub-line. All the sub-lines are made without corn and provide a gradual release of energy throughout the day.
-Packaged in a protective atmosphere. During packaging, nitrogen replaces oxygen inside the bags to preserve the product.

N&D Quinoa is the new line of functional food designed to support the well-being of cats and dogs with specific nutritional needs. Without cereals and with over 92% of proteins from animal origin from new sources, and with Quinoa, a precious ingredient full of great nutritional features.
Quinoa is a food that fits perfectly into the Farmina Nutrition System for Carnivores Philosophy because it contains around 13% high-biological-value protein, which is rich in well-balanced essential amino acids, a very rare feature among vegetables.
