Order

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. An email will be sent to confirm receipt of your order.

All orders are subject to acceptance by MERCEARIA DO CÃO and product availability. The contract is finalized only when shipment is confirmed via email. Special offers cannot be combined with other promotions unless otherwise noted.

How to Buy

1. Browse www.merceariadocao.pt by category and subcategory.
2. Click a product to view details such as reference, photo, description, colors, sizes, and price.
3. Select an item and add it to your cart. Continue shopping or proceed to checkout.
4. Checkout as a guest or register an account. The cart is visible in the top-right corner.
5. Verify order details, input data, and confirm your order.
6. Choose a delivery address and payment method (Credit Card, MBWay, Bank Transfer, or PayPal).
7. Click “Checkout” to complete your order. You will see a confirmation screen and receive a confirmation email.
8. Once payment is confirmed, your order is processed and sent with tracking information via email.
9. An invoice/receipt will be emailed upon order completion.

Out of Stock

Right to Free Contract Termination

You may cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason. Notify MERCEARIA DO CÃO in writing within this period.

Effects of Cancellation

Upon cancellation, you will be refunded the full order amount including delivery charges within 30 days. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method, unless agreed otherwise.

Refunds will only be processed once returned items are received in perfect, unused condition with original packaging and labels. Include a copy of the delivery receipt.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective. MERCEARIA DO CÃO is not liable for items lost during return shipping.
